This bundle includes: a ready-to-bake Beef Wellington (frozen), along with our pomme puree and bordelaise sauce. Two sizes are available - one that feeds four and one that feeds eight.
Our Beef Wellington is a beef tenderloin wrapped in herbed crepes, cured beef bresoala, mushroom duxelles and two layers of puff pastry.
We highly recommend utilizing a digital meat thermometer to ensure the desired temperature of the Wellington.
Pickup is Tuesday, December 23rd from 12-4 at the restaurant.
